Hessenpark – Exibitions

So inside some of the buildings are different exhibitions. I mean I guess you can’t call yourself a museum without exhibitions, right? Anyway, I wasn’t going to post these, as they are behind glass and hard to get a good picture – but I can’t convey the experience without including them either! My favorite one was the camera exhibit (SHOCKER!) and I did spend more time in there than I should have considering my time restraints, but at that point I don’t think I was aware of how pressed for time I was. Hessenpark Open Air Museum

About 30 minutes from Frankfurt is Hessenpark a huge open air museum that has over a hundred buildings that were brought in from all over Hesse and restored. A lot of them have different museum exhibitions in them and some of them are restored to the period from which they came from. There is a lot of open area to that is ideal for a casual stroll.
