Foggy Morning Stroll

I got up earlier than I normally do on a Saturday and went to Triple Creek Park to take some pictures with the fog. Some of the pictures the fog was just to great so it was cool to see in person but didn’t translate through the lens, and was made worse when I tried to edit them, lol. Smart Phone Shoot

About a year ago, The Cincinnati Photography Group had a meetup on taking pictures with your cellphone. Now I have in the past been a strong opponent of cell phones being classified as cameras. But they have gotten better in the last few years or so and I decided to call a truce and check this class out to see if there was something I could learn. Fort Howard Park

July 31, 2021 Stopped at this park on my last trip to Maryland. Fort Howard Park’s historical significance is its connection with the largest invasion of the United States in history on the morning of September 12, 1814. The British had landed about seven thousand men near the site that later became Fort Howard, as a part of a campaign to capture and burn Baltimore. In coordination with their navy’s bombardment of Fort McHenry, the British troops were to march up Patapsco Neck and capture Baltimore from the east.
